Studio Policies & Procedures

Cleanliness: All clients must arrive unwashed. A professional deep cleanse is included to ensure hair integrity.

Preparation: Previous styles must be taken down and hair detangled. A $20–$50 fee applies for any required take-down labor.

Booking: Strictly by appointment. No same-day bookings on Friday or Saturday.

Deposits: Non-refundable deposit due 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-transferable; rescheduling requires a new deposit. No-call/no-shows forfeit deposits.

Payments: Balance due at service via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Chime, or Apple Pay. No checks.

Redos: All adjustments incur a final $50–$100 fee. Concerns must be raised within 24 hours; no requests accepted after this window. No refunds.
